With an eye on the expanding European market, U.K.-based broker Air Charter Service (ACS) opened a new office in Geneva, its seventh office on the continent.
According to Justin Lancaster, commercial director for ACS, the company sought to expand into Switzerland for the last few years and decided that “now was the right time to make the move,” after building up a strong client base of French and German operations.
Currently, ACS will offer private jet charters from the new office, but it “plans to start cargo operations in the near future,” Lancaster said. The company is also considering opening two more offices in the coming nine months, he added.
