Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo’s Let’s Get Digital program offers its customers the option of being informed automatically when their shipment is affected by a problem.
Customers will be apprised of the situation, informed of what caused the problem and told how it’s being repaired with RealTime Care, a 24/7 push notification. This service is in addition to AF-KLM’s existing track-and-trace tools, RealTime Connect and RealTime Notice.
