Canadian forwarder Braden-Burry Expediting Ltd. and Air China Cargo have signed a multi-year cargo handling agreement at Edmonton International Airport (EIA). The inaugural flight to EIA will be Sept. 3, connecting Shanghai, Edmonton and Dallas-Fort Worth.
Braden-Burry recently occupied a new 11,000-square-foot airside facility at EIA, with all the necessary equipment to handle temperature-sensitive goods. The company started in the Canadian North, 40 years ago and now has operations throughout all of Canada. Braden-Burry is part of the Norterra Group, wholly owned by the Inuvialuit people of the Western Arctic, and is a partner with other Inuit and First Nation businesses across Canada.
