Cargo-partner offers Western Europe, Asia consolidation services

Transport and information logistics provider cargo-partner has expanded its offerings and now offers consolidation services between key airports across Western Europe and various locations in Asia. [caption id="attachment_57137460" align="alignright" width="300"] (Photo/cargo-partner)[/caption] The company announced today that it now offers “a comprehensive number of weekly airfreight solutions” from major airports in Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden and the Netherlands to more than 10 destinations across India, China, Singapore and Thailand. Cargo-partner provides door-to-door solutions from Western Europe to Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Shanghai, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore. The service includes pre-carriage from anywhere in Western Europe, as well as delivery throughout India, China and Thailand, using cargo-partner’s warehouses and trucking services on both ends. “As airfreight peak season is about to take off in the coming weeks, we’ve launched new air cargo connections between Western Europe and Asia to give our customers more flexibility and provide reliable freight capacities at competitive rates,” Jo Feiks, cargo-partner’s corporate director of product management for air cargo, said in the announcement. “Consolidation solutions are the clear winner when it comes to cost-effective shipping, while still benefiting from the speed of airfreight and the reliability of fixed weekly departures.” The company has several logistics hubs across Asia, including a recently opened warehouse in Guangzhou, completing the logistics provider’s network of more than 20,000 square meters of warehouse space in China. “The weekly air consolidation services are especially popular with our customers from the electronics, automotive, fashion and retail sectors, who benefit from this solution to find the optimal mix between speed and cost for their shipments,” Feiks said.
