Seafrigo acquires PML, expands operations
Deal bolsters geographic coverage, scale of ops
France-based logistics firm Seafrigo has acquired United Kingdom-headquartered forwarder Perishables Movements Ltd., or PML, in an effort to strengthen the temperature-controlled food logistics company’s U.K. footprint and expand its airfreight offerings.
