With 2019 just a few days away, we at Air Cargo World would like to pause to reflect on this mostly positive but tumultuous year in air cargo – a year of airfreight traffic booms, labor concerns and a strong peak season, tempered by the chill winds of global protectionism and looming Brexit worries for the U.K. and Europe.
