Singapore Changi reduces airport usage fees

A 50 percent landing fee rebate that was put in place a year ago, has been extended at Singapore Changi International Airport and now expires March 31, 2017. A 5 percent decrease also applies to large aircraft weighing over 360 tonnes, which includes A380 aircraft and some 747 types.

Changi’s ongoing 50 percent parking fee rebate and 15 percent aerobridge rebate, originally scheduled to end in June, also have been extended to March 31, 2017. Additionally, the 50 percent landing fee rebate for freighters, which was to expire last month, has been extended to Sept. 15, 2015. After September, the rebate will be 30 percent until March 31, 2016. Incentives for cargo agents leasing cargo facilities at CAG have been extended to March 31, 2016.
