CMA CGM will buy Bollore Logistics for $5.48B  

French firms had been in negotiations since April

French conglomerate Bollore has accepted a 5 billion euro ($5.48 billion) offer from ocean shipping giant CMA CGM for acquisition of 100% of Bollore Logistics, following the announcement last month of exclusive negotiations between the two.  Completion of the transaction remains subject to consultations with Bollore Logistics’ employee representatives and then to customary regulatory approvals.  […]
